Job Title: Senior Accountant – Restaurant Industry
Location: Bandra(W)
Department: Finance & Accounts
Experience: 4–7 years (Restaurant/Hospitality preferred)
Reports To: Finance Manager / Head of Finance
Key Responsibilities
- Finalization of accounts, MIS, P&L.;
- Maintain accurate books of accounts and ensure timely closure of monthly accounts
- GST, TDS, PF, ESIC compliance
- Daily sales reconciliation (POS vs Zomato/Swiggy)
- Vendor payments & receivables tracking
- Payroll & expense control
- Outlet-wise profitability & cost monitoring
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CA Inter / MBA Finance (preferred)
Experience
- 4–7 years of experience in accounting
- Work under CA
- Prior experience in restaurant / hospitality industry is highly preferred
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory compliance
- Experience with POS systems and aggregator reconciliations
- Proficiency in Tally, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlinesAdditional Requirements:
- Robust communication and coordination skills
- Hands-on approach and ability to work under pressure
