Role Description The Senior Accountant will be responsible for managing end-to-end accounting operations, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, reconciliations, and finalization of accounts. Daily tasks involve preparing and reviewing financial statements, handling income tax and GST-related accounting entries, supporting tax filings, and assisting with compliance documentation. The role includes coordinating with clients to gather financial information, analyzing data for reporting, and supporting project financing assignments through financial modeling and documentation.

This is a full time, on-site role based in Vadodara, requiring close collaboration with partners and team members to ensure high-quality service delivery.





Qualifications Candidates should possess strong core accounting skills, including general ledger management, financial statement preparation, and account reconciliations.

Candidates should possess expertise in taxation and compliance, particularly in Income Tax rules, GST regulations, and related filing and documentation procedures.

Candidates should possess proficiency in financial analysis and reporting, including variance analysis, budgeting support, and project financing evaluations.

Candidates should possess strong proficiency with accounting software and productivity tools (e.g., Tally or similar ERP systems, MS Excel, and other relevant applications).

Candidates should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills, with the ability to interpret and apply financial and tax regulations accurately.

Candidates should possess strong communication and client-handling skills, including the ability to explain complex financial information clearly and collaborate within a team.

A Chartered Accountant qualification or equivalent professional credential is highly preferred; relevant experience in a CA firm or similar practice will be an advantage.
