About Us

Pappytech Solutions Private Limited is a growing e-commerce company dealing in imported and domestic products across multiple categories. We sell through leading online marketplaces such as Amazon, Flipkart, and other digital platforms.

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, financial reporting, marketplace reconciliations, and statutory compliance while supporting the company's continued growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain books of accounts and pass day-to-day accounting entries.
- Monitor daily accounting activities, including bookkeeping, ledger maintenance, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare accurate financial statements and reports in coordination with the accounts team.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly account reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Analyze financial records, identify discrepancies, and resolve accounting issues.
- Perform Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS) and reconcile balance sheet accounts.
- Manage inter-company transactions and generate invoices when required.
- Maintain daily cash book and cash transaction records.
- Prepare data and supporting documents for GST, TDS, PT, and other statutory compliances.
- Reconcile payments and settlements received from Amazon, Flipkart, and other marketplaces.
- Assist in finalization of accounts, audits, and Income Tax filings.
- Maintain proper accounting records and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.




- Coordinate with internal departments regarding accounting queries and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 4–5 years of accounting experience.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime / Tally ERP or similar accounting software.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including:
- VLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- IF Functions
- XLOOKUP
- Data Analysis Functions
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, PT, and statutory compliance requirements.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Team player with good communication and coordination skills.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in E-commerce Accounting.
- Experience handling Amazon and Flipkart settlement reconciliations.
- Exposure to audits, finalization of accounts, and tax compliance.
- Experience working with inventory-based businesses will be an added advantage.

Job Details Experience: 4–5 Years (Required)

Education: B.Com / M.Com (Preferred)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Working Hours: 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM
