Description We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and audit activities for our Private Limited Company. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in GST, TDS, financial reporting, and coordinating with internal and statutory auditors.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping.
- Prepare and file GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns) and ensure timely compliance.
- Calculate, deposit, and file TDS returns.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements applicable to Private Limited Companies.
- Prepare schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documents for statutory, internal, GST, and tax audits.




- Coordinate with auditors and resolve audit queries.
- Assist in ROC/MCA compliance and regulatory filings.
- Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial analysis.
- Ensure proper documentation and maintenance of accounting records.
- Monitor compliance deadlines and recommend process improvements.

Qualifications

- Qualifications
- B.Com/M.Com, CA Inter, or equivalent qualification.
- 3–6 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, and audit.
- Robust knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and Private Limited Company compliances.
- Experience in handling statutory, internal, GST, and tax audits.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime, MS Excel, and accounting software.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
