? Working Days: 6 Days a Week About the Role:

At OurShopee, we're building a world-class marketplace for the GCC region, and we're looking for a Seller Success Executive to deliver an exceptional experience to our seller partners.

In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for sellers, helping them resolve operational challenges, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth day-to-day marketplace operations. If you're passionate about e-commerce, customer success, and problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities:

Provide timely support to sellers via email, chat, and internal support channels.

Assist sellers with

Account setup and onboarding

Product listing and catalog issues

Order management and fulfillment queries

Shipment and logistics-related concerns

Returns, refunds, and cancellations

Payment and settlement-related queries

Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Logistics, Finance, Tech, and Customer Support to resolve seller issues.

Track, document, and maintain accurate records of seller interactions and resolutions.





Ensure all seller requests are resolved within defined SLAs while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Identify recurring seller issues and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience in Seller Support, Marketplace Operations, Customer Support, E-commerce Operations, or Seller Success.

Hands-on experience working with an e-commerce marketplace is highly preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Arabic language proficiency is a plus.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

High attention to detail with the ability to multitask effectively.

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, energetic, and growth-oriented environment.
