Liu has been leading interagency cooperation and consensus-making among multi-stakeholders to promote emerging agendas and priorities within the frameworks of the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals, the 2030 Agenda, and Pact for the Future. She has established numerous creative partnerships to support South-South and triangular cooperation, especially on research and innovation as well as strategic development planning and financing. Prior to this role of Head of Partnerships and Agenda-Setting, she was a donor, a policymaker, an innovator, and a scholar with hands-on experiences in more than 40 countries across all UN regions.
