Role Description The Security Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based at The Fern Hotels & Resorts in Palghar. This role oversees day-to-day security operations, including monitoring hotel premises, managing security staff schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols.

The Security

Supervisor investigates incidents, manages access control, coordinates with local authorities when needed, and maintains accurate security logs and reports. The role includes regular inspections of security equipment,



training team members on emergency procedures, and supporting front-of-house teams to provide a safe and welcoming environment for guests and staff.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Supervisory Skills, including team leadership and performance oversight.

- Candidates should possess expertise in Physical Security and safety procedures within a hospitality or similar workplace.

- Candidates should possess effective Communication abilities, both verbal and written.

- Candidates should possess excellent Customer Service skills for guest interaction and issue resolution.

- Candidates should possess Operations Management capabilities to coordinate security activities and maintain documentation.

- Additional beneficial qualifications include experience in hotel or resort security, knowledge of emergency response protocols, familiarity with CCTV and access control systems, and basic computer skills.

- A relevant certification in security or safety, and prior experience in a supervisory security role, are preferred.
