Must have skills : Saviynt Identity Platform Good to have skills : Identity Access Management (IAM) Minimum 5 Year(s) Of Experience Is Required Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education Summary: In the role of Security Saviynt L3 Engineer and a subject-matter expert - You are responsible for advanced operations, configuration, and troubleshooting of the Saviynt IGA platform. The role provides L3 escalation support, drives application onboarding and complex integrations, and ensures platform stability, governance, and compliance across enterprise identity services.

Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

Own platform stability by managing complex incidents, problems, and recurring issues escalated from L2 teams

Lead and support application onboarding activities in Saviynt, including access model design, configuration validation, and coordination with application owners

Design, configure, and optimize Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) lifecycle workflows

Manage and troubleshoot complex access request workflows, approval models, and policy logic

Configure and govern roles, entitlements, and SoD controls within Saviynt

Support and troubleshoot Saviynt connectors, provisioning failures, and integration issues

Lead execution and remediation of access certification campaigns, SoD violations, and governance controls

Perform advanced troubleshooting using Saviynt logs, analytics, and reports,



and drive root cause analysis

Support and validate Saviynt releases, patches, and upgrades, including regression and smoke testing

Execute and govern changes in compliance with client change management and CAB processes

Maintain and enhance SOPs, runbooks, and KBs, driving continuous operational improvement

Act as the Saviynt technical authority for design reviews, escalations, and knowledge transfer Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Saviynt Identity Platform. Strong hands-on experience with the Saviynt IGA platform in large enterprise environments 8+ years of relevant IAM / IGA experience

Saviynt certification (e.g., Saviynt Certified Qualified / Saviynt IGA Advanced Qualified)

Lead-level experience supporting enterprise IGA platforms

Additional IAM or cloud security certifications are a plus

Advanced knowledge of IGA concepts, including JML, access requests, certifications, roles, and SoD

Proven experience in Saviynt application onboarding and access model configuration

Strong expertise in Saviynt connectors, provisioning logic, and troubleshooting

Ability to analyze Saviynt logs, analytics, and reports for deep operational insights

Experience working with ITSM tools for incidents, problem, and change management

Exposure to scripting, automation, or API-based integrations is an added advantage .

Ability to analyze complex security requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Familiarity with security control frameworks and compliance standards relevant to cloud environments.

Additional Information: The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Saviynt Identity Platform.

This position is based at our Bengaluru office.

A 15 years full time education is required.
