Holds relevant certifications and demonstrates strong communication and client engagement skills Roles & Responsibilities:

- Responsible for installation, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow GRC Platform.

Demonstrating experience working with workflows in one or more key areas of the ServiceNow platform (e.g., GRC, SecOps)

Proficient in developing, integrating and maintaining applications using ServiceNow Platform technology and tools.

Strong Knowledge in ServiceNow Scripting modules like Business Rules, Script Includes, Email Notifications, Workflows,



UI Policies, Data Policies, Client Scripts, etc.

Integration of ServiceNow with 3rd party tools/applications/platforms ssHands-on experience in Integrations with Web Services REST and SOAP, Scripted Web Services.

Good Understanding of Page Design and Widget Configurations related to Service Portal

Valuable Knowledge on Flow Designer Configurations and Integration Hub.

Hands on experience in Scoped Application development with Studio.

Good Understanding of Version and Patch upgrades.

Hands on experience in Knowledge Base and Knowledge Article Configurations.

Knows how to translate business problems into software & technical requirements Professional & Technical Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, IT, information systems management or equivalent area

2-5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow GRC implementation

ServiceNow certifications

Knowledge of SDLC and VB/Java scripting is a plus

Experience in other GRC tools like RSA Archer, MetricStream, Bwise is a plus

Very good communication and customer management skills

Excellent command of English (verbal/written) Additional Information:
