Role: Search Engine Optimization Specialist

Work Arrangement: Work from Home

Location: India

Schedule: Night shift :

Key Responsibilities: On-Page SEO:

- Optimize website content, meta tags, headers, and URLs for search engines.
- Conduct keyword research and mapping to align with SEO best practices.
- Improve internal linking strategies and site structure for enhanced user experience.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are applied to published content.

Technical SEO

- Perform website audits to identify and fix technical SEO issues (e.g., crawl errors, duplicate content, broken links, site speed).
- Optimize site performance, including page load speed, Core Web Vitals, and mobile-friendliness.
- Implement structured data (Schema Markup) for rich snippets and enhanced SERP presence.
- Monitor and resolve indexing issues via Google Search Console. Off-Page SEO & Link Building:
- Develop and execute white-hat link-building strategies.
- Analyze backlink profiles and disavow toxic links when necessary.
- Research and identify current outreach opportunities to acquire high-quality backlinks.

SEO Analysis & Reporting:

- Track and report on SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console,



and third-party platforms (Sitebulb, SEMrush, Moz).
- Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve rankings and organic traffic.
- Monitor algorithm updates and adjust strategies accordingly.

Qualifications and requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

1–3 years in SEO, including on-page, off-page, and basic technical SEO.

Technical Skills

Familiarity with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, Ahrefs).

Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS and CMS platforms (WordPress, Drupal).

Understanding of keyword research, meta tags, site audits, and link-building strategies. Non-negotiable skills and requirements:

1–3 years SEO experience (on-page, off-page, technical).

Proficient with SEO tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush) and CMS platforms.

Analytical and detail-oriented with proven ability to improve search rankings.
