Role Description The Search Engine Optimization Executive will be responsible for managing and improving the online visibility of client and in-house websites through strategic SEO initiatives. This full-time, in office role is based in Angul and involves conducting keyword research, performing on-page optimization, and collaborating with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices.

The role includes managing link-building campaigns, tracking and reporting on SEO performance, and performing regular SEO audits to identify and resolve technical and content-related issues.



The SEO Executive will also coordinate with social media and digital marketing teams to ensure cohesive online branding and traffic generation strategies, while staying updated on search engine algorithms and industry trends.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Keyword Research and SEO Audits to identify opportunities and diagnose performance issues.
- Candidates should possess solid On-Page SEO skills, including meta tags optimization, content structuring, site speed, and technical SEO fundamentals.
- Candidates should possess practical experience in Link Building, focusing on ethical, white-hat techniques for authority and traffic growth.
- Candidates should possess familiarity with Social Media Marketing to support integrated digital campaigns and enhance organic reach.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Google Search Console, keyword research tools) and basic HTML/CSS understanding.
- Candidates should possess strong analytical, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to interpret data and present clear performance reports.
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, IT, or a related field, and prior experience in SEO or digital marketing, are highly beneficial.
