Location: Pune, India (Onsite role) About The Role We are looking for a Senior Back End Engineer to join our team and take ownership of different parts of our stack. You will be working alongside our CTO on all aspects of the current product and future product development. You will work directly with the founding team and leverage your experiences and abilities to inform decisions from product, technology, and strategy.

What Success Look Like

You write, review and ship code in production. Your employer or client’s success depends on the software you build.

You use Generative AI tools on a daily basis to enhance the quality and efficacy of your software and non-software deliverables.

You are a self-starter and enjoy working with minimal supervision.

You evaluate and make technical architecture decisions with a long-term view, optimizing for speed, quality, and safety.

You take pride in the product you create and the code that you write.

You can work well on a team of sales executives, designers and engineers in an in-person environment.

You are a first principles engineer who exercises curiosity about the technologies you work with.

You can learn quickly about technologies, software and code that you are not familiar with, often from rudimentary documentation.

You take ownership of the code that you write, and you help the team operate with everything that you build, throughout its lifecycle

Areas of Ownership Our hiring process is designed for you to demonstrate a generalist set of capabilities, with a specialization in Back End Technologies. In Addition, Experience With Some Of The Following Backend Frameworks and Technologies - Python, FastAPI, Django, Flask, Node.js, Express.js Cloud Platforms - Google Cloud, AWS, Azure or Vercel

Programming languages - Python, JavaScript, TypeScript, Go

RPCs - REST or GraphQL

Databases - SQL, Postgres, MongoDB, or Firebase

CI / CD - Jenkins, GitLab or similar

Source code versioning tools such as Git
