Job Summary

Novaklick Global Private Limited is seeking a proactive and organized Scrum Master with 1–2 years of experience to facilitate Agile practices and support cross-functional teams in delivering high-quality software products. The ideal candidate will help the team adopt Scrum principles, remove impediments, and foster continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Guide the development team in following Agile and Scrum best practices.
- Identify and remove obstacles that may impact sprint goals and project delivery.
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog.
- Track sprint progress, team velocity, and project metrics.
- Promote collaboration and effective communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Ensure timely delivery of sprint commitments while maintaining quality standards.
- Support continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and process optimization.
- Prepare and share sprint reports, burndown charts, and project updates.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,



Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar Agile role.
- Valuable understanding of Scrum, Agile methodologies, and software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Skills

- Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) is an advantage.
- Knowledge of Kanban and Lean methodologies.
- Experience working in software development or digital product environments.
- Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.
