We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to lead Agile teams and drive successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will facilitate Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, mentor teams on Agile best practices, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Reviews, and Retrospectives).
- Coach teams on Agile/Scrum principles and best practices.
- Remove blockers and manage risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Track sprint progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
