We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master with 6–8 years of relevant experience to facilitate Agile delivery and drive high-performing teams. The role focuses on enabling Agile frameworks, improving team productivity, removing impediments, and ensuring successful delivery of digital and technology initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and practices
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies
- Sprint Planning
- Daily Stand-ups
- Sprint Reviews
- Retrospectives
- Remove team impediments and ensure smooth sprint execution
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog
- Track and report team velocity, sprint progress, and delivery metrics
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and Agile maturity
- Coach team members on Agile best practices and mindset
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams
- Identify and mitigate risks and dependencies impacting delivery
- Support release planning and roadmap execution
- Drive adoption of Agile tools (Jira, Azure DevOps, etc.)
- Collaborate with leadership to improve Agile governance and scaling frameworks (SAFe, etc.)
Technical Skills
Core Skills:
- Strong experience in Agile / Scrum methodologies
- Hands-on experience as a Scrum Master managing Agile teams
- Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps)
- Understanding of Agile metrics (velocity, burndown, cycle time, etc.)
- Experience in stakeholder management and team facilitation
Good to Have:
- Exposure to Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS)
- Experience in DevOps environments and CI/CD practices
- Background in software development or technical roles
- Knowledge of Lean and Kanban methodologies
- Certification such as CSM / PSM / Protected Scrum Master
Functional Exposure (Preferred)
- Experience working in enterprise IT or digital transformation programs
- Exposure to domains such as:
- Manufacturing
- Supply Chain
- Finance
- Experience working with cross-functional (business + technology) teams
- 6–8+ years of overall experience with at least 3–5 years as a Scrum Master
- Experience managing multiple Agile teams or large-scale Agile programs
