Project

Management/Agile scrum certificationsResponsibilities Facilitate Agile ceremonies including PI & iteration planning, daily stand-ups, ART sync, Demos, retrospectives, and iteration reviews.

Drive alignment across teams, ensuring dependencies, risks and blockers are identified and resolved

Partner with Product Owners & key stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the backlog





Track and report key delivery metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput)

Ensure adherence to Agile pricinples and organizational standards

Collaborate with multiple partners from Business, Technology, Operations and D&A; capabilities (Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Modeling, Data Architecture, Data science, DevOps, BI & insights)

Independently lead agile delivery, planning estimation and exection Technical Skills Understanding of the Data & Analytics lifecycle and Agile delivery models.

Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Secure).

Agile tools such as Azure DevOps.

CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.

Problem-solving, communucaiton, negotiation, confict resolution skills
