Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Script Writer at Education Planner.

The Script

Writer will develop clear, engaging scripts and screenplays for video content, webinars, and other digital learning materials that support international education guidance. Day-to-day responsibilities include researching topics related to studying abroad, drafting and revising scripts, collaborating with video production and marketing teams, and adapting complex information into accessible,



learner-friendly narratives. The role involves aligning content with brand voice, optimizing scripts for different platforms, and meeting project timelines and quality standards.

The Script

Writer will also contribute creative ideas for recent content formats and ensure all materials are inclusive, accurate, and relevant to diverse student audiences.

Qualifications

Strong scripting skills, including experience in Scriptwriting and Screenplays for educational or informational content.

Ability to write and adapt scripts for multimedia formats, including Scripting for video, webinars, and digital platforms.

Familiarity with Video Production workflows and collaboration with production teams to ensure scripts are practical and visually aligned.

Excellent Writing skills, with the ability to communicate complex information clearly, concisely, and in a gender-neutral, inclusive manner.

Strong research and organizational skills, with attention to detail and consistency.

Experience or interest in international education, student counseling, or study-abroad processes is an advantage.

Comfort working independently in a remote environment and collaborating across time zones using digital tools.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Film, Creative Writing, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
