We are looking for a creative Script Writer who can transform businesses into engaging stories through compelling short-form video scripts and promotional content.

ROLE OVERVIEW

As a Script Writer, you will be responsible for writing engaging, creative, and conversion-focused scripts for EventMadeEasy's digital content. Your scripts will be used by our content creators, influencers, videographers, and marketing team to showcase banquet halls, cafés, restaurants, and event vendors across social media platforms.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Write engaging scripts for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and promotional videos.
- Create storytelling-based content for banquet halls, wedding venues, cafés, restaurants, and event vendors.
- Develop scripts for photographers, decorators, caterers, DJs, makeup artists, mehendi artists, and event planners.
- Collaborate with influencers, videographers, and content creators during shoots.
- Convert business information into compelling, audience-focused scripts.
- Research trending content formats and adapt them to the event industry.
- Write promotional, educational, emotional, and storytelling scripts.
- Create strong hooks and calls-to-action to improve engagement and conversions.
- Ensure all content aligns with EventMadeEasy's brand voice and marketing objectives.
- Revise and refine scripts based on feedback from the creative and marketing teams.

REQUIRED SKILLS

- Excellent script writing and storytelling skills.
- Strong command of Hindi, English, and Hinglish.




- Ability to write short-form, engaging, and high-retention content.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail.
- Understanding of social media trends and viral content formats.
- Basic knowledge of the event, wedding, hospitality, or food industry is an advantage.
- Ability to meet deadlines and work in a quick-paced environment.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION

- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Mass Communication, English, Marketing, Media, or a related field.
- Freshers with excellent writing skills are welcome to apply.
- Prior experience in script writing, content writing, or social media content creation is preferred.

WORK REQUIREMENTS

- Work from the Kanpur office (On-Site).
- Comfortable collaborating with videographers, influencers, and the content team.
- Ability to manage multiple writing assignments simultaneously.
- Willingness to visit banquet halls, cafés, or event locations when required for content planning.
