Overview:

We are looking for a creative and responsible employee who can handle the complete content process—from ideation to final posting. The role requires hands-on involvement in scripting, production, and posting content, social media platforms like Instagram. This internship role is in office in the Kolkata metropolitan area. Responsibilities include assisting with social media content creation, scheduling and publishing posts, monitoring engagement, and gathering insights from analytics tools.

Role Description:

- Create and execute engaging content such as videos, reels, and captions for platforms like Instagram.
- Must be Camera friendly and Extrovert
- Advance knowledge of script writing
- Plan and execute shoots, including camera handling, framing, lighting, and basic direction.
- Coordinate with social media team members,



manage shoot schedules, preparation and ensure smooth on-ground execution.
- Develop strong hooks and attention-grabbing openings
- Understand client briefs, brand tone, and target audience
- Create scripts focused on engagement, retention, and conversions
- Coordinate with creators, editors, and production teams
- Adapt scripts based on client feedback and performance insights
- Stay updated with viral trends and content formats
- Upload or posting on platforms like Instagram with proper captions, hashtags, and formats.
- Work closely with video editors, Cinematographer and marketing teams to align content.

Qualifications

- Candidates should have skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Candidates should have skills in Digital Marketing and Marketing.
- Candidates should have strong Communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with major social platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)and basic analytics tools.
- Ability to work on-site in the Kolkata metropolitan area, manage time effectively, and collaborate within a team setting.
- Interest in digital media, creativity in visual and written storytelling, and eagerness to learn new marketing trends and tools.
- Enrollment in or completion of a relevant program (Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or similar) is preferred but not required.
