We are looking for SCM Manager who will be handling group level Supply chain Managment

- Roles & Responsibilities
- ï
- Collaborates with other departments and stakeholders to identify and maintain
- resources needed to establish and provide an effective supply chain.
- ï
- Develops and maintains detailed inventories of materials and supplies located
- in the company, at sites, and in the factory& Warehouse
- ï
- Maintains required quantity of supplies and materials to optimize
- production reorder levels
- ï
- Analyzes current inventories and procedures; suggests improvements to
- increase efficiency of supply chain and profitability for the company.
- ï
- Develops policies to increase efficiency throughout the supply chain while
- ensuring quality and safety; implements subsequent changes to processes.
- ï
- Identifies optimal shipment and transportation routes with attention to
- consolidation of warehousing and distribution.
- ï
- Assesses the need for material-handling equipment and staffing; makes
- recommendations to ensure efficient loading,
unloading, movement,
- and storage of materials.
- ï
- Negotiates prices for raw material and delivery with suppliers, vendors, and/or
- logistics partner.
- ï
- Participates as an advisory member of the product development team,
- providing information and guidance on availability and cost of supplies and
- materials.
- ï
- Monitors the performance of suppliers, assessing their ability to meet quality
- and delivery requirements; identifies and qualifies recent suppliers in
- collaboration with other departments.
- ï
- Analyze data from shipping and delivering processes to find bottlenecks and
- other issues
- ï
- Evaluate and report on KPIs
- ï
- Monitor logistics to make sure they run smoothly
- ï
- Resolve issues that come up (e.g. delays in delivery, accidents)
- ï
- Develop and implement safety guidelines in all aspects of the supply chain
- (e.g. use of trucks, forklifts)
- ï
- Ensure supply chain processes meet legal requirements and standards
- ï
- Analysis of slow moving and obsolete stock and suggest to replenish stock
- Education and Experience
- Minimum 10 years and above years of experience.
- Knowledge of ISO is a must
- Group level Experience is a must
- Should have handled multiple SKQ
- Order Revenue
- Logistics EOU experience is a must
- Knowledge of EXIM is a must
