Job Title: Operations Manager / Supply Chain Program Manager

Experience: 3 - 5 Years

We are looking for an experienced Operations & Supply Chain professional with 3 - 5 years of experience in large-scale logistics, fulfillment center operations, and supply chain management. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing end-to-end warehouse operations, process improvement initiatives, and cross-functional stakeholder management in a rapid-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end fulfillment center and supply chain operations.
- Drive operational excellence through process optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Lead capacity planning, workforce planning, and resource allocation.
- Monitor operational KPIs and implement corrective actions to improve productivity and service levels.
- Collaborate with logistics, procurement, transportation, and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations.
- Drive cost optimization and improve operational efficiency.




- Lead and mentor operations teams while ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Develop dashboards and analyze operational data to support business decisions.
- Execute strategic projects and supply chain initiatives to improve customer experience.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Immediate joiners or candidates serving a notice period of up to 15 days are preferred.
