Dreamtime Learning is looking for a dynamic School Partnership Head / Franchise Head to drive strategic expansion and build high-value partnerships across India.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and onboard recent school partners and franchisees.
- Develop and execute expansion strategies to grow the Dreamtime Learning network.
- Build strong relationships with school owners, trustees, and education leaders.
- Lead end-to-end partnership discussions, negotiations, and closures.
- Achieve business growth targets while ensuring long-term partner success.
- Represent Dreamtime Learning at education forums, conferences, and networking events.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in school partnerships, franchise development, or the education sector.
- Strong network with school owners, principals, and educational institutions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
