Turn complex warehouse challenges into scalable SAP solutions.

GyanSys is looking for experienced SAP Warehouse Management professionals with strong SAP ECC WM expertise and, preferably, experience working in an SAP S/4HANA landscape .

The scope of this role goes beyond resolving production issues. You will work closely with business and technology stakeholders to deliver minor and major enhancements, optimize warehouse processes and support solution improvements across complex enterprise environments. You will also have opportunities to contribute to future SAP S/4HANA implementation and transformation programs.

What you will do

- Support and enhance SAP Warehouse Management processes across enterprise environments.
- Analyze warehouse challenges and translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
- Deliver minor and major functional enhancements—from requirement gathering and solution design through configuration, testing and deployment.
- Configure and support inbound, outbound, putaway, picking and internal warehouse processes.
- Manage transfer requirements, transfer orders, storage units, bin management and stock movements.
- Support RF and barcode-scanning processes used in warehouse execution.
- Improve cycle counting, physical inventory and inventory-accuracy processes.
- Perform root-cause analysis and develop sustainable solutions for complex functional issues.
- Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on developments, interfaces and enhancements.
- Work across SAP WM integration points with MM, SD and EWM.
- Support testing, user acceptance, release readiness, documentation, training and knowledge transfer.
- Collaborate directly with global business users, client stakeholders and distributed project teams.
- Contribute to future SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration and warehouse-transformation initiatives.

What you bring





- Strong hands-on experience with SAP ECC Warehouse Management.
- Preferably, practical exposure to SAP S/4HANA warehouse processes or transformation programs.
- Good understanding of warehouse structures, storage types, storage sections and bins.
- Experience with transfer orders, putaway, stock-removal strategies, picking and physical inventory.
- Knowledge of RF scanning, barcode integration and storage-unit management.
- Experience analyzing warehouse processes and configuring SAP WM solutions.
- Understanding of integration with SAP MM and SD; knowledge of EWM is an advantage.
- Experience delivering functional enhancements, testing and production deployments.
- Strong troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder-management capabilities.
- Ability to translate operational requirements into transparent, scalable functional solutions.
- A proactive, collaborative and client-focused approach.

Industry experience in Manufacturing, High Tech or Consumer Products is strongly preferred. Candidates who understand real-world warehouse and supply-chain operations in these industries will be well positioned to succeed in this role. Early joiners preferred! Why build your SAP career at GyanSys?
