Role Description The SAP TRM + FICO Consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Treasury and Risk Management (TRM) and SAP FICO modules to meet business and finance requirements. Day-to-day activities include gathering and analyzing business processes, translating functional requirements into SAP solutions, performing system configuration, and supporting testing and deployment. The role involves collaborating with finance and business stakeholders to optimize CO-PA reporting, improve financial controls,



and ensure accurate and timely data for decision-making.

The consultant will also handle incident resolution, enhancements, documentation, and user training to maintain stable and efficient SAP operations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bangalore Urban.

Qualifications

Strong SAP FICO and Finance skills, with experience in core financial processes and integration.

Proficiency in CO-PA and related business process design to support profitability analysis and reporting.

Demonstrated analytical skills for translating business needs into system solutions and troubleshooting complex issues.

Solid understanding of SAP TRM functionality, including cash management, risk management, and treasury operations.

Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience with SAP implementation, upgrades, or support projects, preferably in an on-site consulting environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field; relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.

Strong documentation, testing, and user training skills, with attention to detail and a focus on quality delivery.
