SAP Transport Management [TM] Consultant

- Responsible for assisting with Configuration work in SAP Embedded/ Side by side Transportation Management modules of SAP S4HANA.
- Responsible for working with Team Lead and other functional consultants in designing the Integration processes with other modules and end to end flow of logistic execution.
- Should have experience in designing solution for 3PL, 4PL and good to have experience in fright collaboration, LBN and freight visibility applications.
- Analyze and define business requirements, processes and objectives to scope project and deliverables.
- Writing functional specifications for complex customizations
- End to end impact assessment and flawless solution design
- Responsibility for completing client deliverables as per project timelines.
- Develop and coach junior members in the team. Work collaboratively with client team, other partners in a multi-vendor environment.
- Writing and updating as well and maintaining technical architecture document, end user documentation and operational procedures through the lifecycle of the project
- Well versed with Activate project implementation methodology.




- Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.

Education Qualification & Experience

- Minimum 8 years' experience as a functional consultant in SAP and 3 years of experience as an SAP S/4HANA TM Consultant and overall, 15 years' experience in SAP
- Strong knowledge of SAP Finance and Controlling modules, including configuration and customization.
- At least 1 full SAP S/4 HANA project lifecycle implementation experience
- Certification in any one area of SAP S/4HANA TM module.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a technical environment.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Solid understanding of software development methodologies and technologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
