Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end SAP TM implementations, rollouts, and system enhancements

- Conduct business requirement gathering, solution design, and architecture discussions

- Configure and manage core SAP TM functionalities: Freight Order Freight Unit Management

- Transportation Planning Optimization

- Carrier Selection Tendering

- Charge Management Freight Settlement

- Drive transportation optimization and cost reduction strategies

- Integrate SAP TM with SAP S/4HANA / ECC

- SAP EWM, SD, MM modules

- External logistics systems (3PL, carriers)

- Lead client workshops, blueprint sessions, and solution demos

- Manage cutover, data migration, and go-live support

- Provide production support and performance optimization

- Ensure adherence to best practices and SAP standards

- Mentor junior consultants and lead TM teams (for Lead roles)





- Collaborate with cross-functional and global stakeholders

Additional Responsibilities

- Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have)Experience with SAP EWM integration for end-to-end logistics execution

- Knowledge of SAP GTS and compliance processes

- Exposure to SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP)

- Experience with freight collaboration portals and external integrations

- Familiarity with AI/ML-based transportation optimization tools

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies (JIRA, Azure DevOps)

- Experience in SAP Analytics Cloud / Power BI for logistics reporting

- Exposure to global trade, taxation, and compliance processes
