Must-Have Skills

- SAP Functional QA Testing (3-7+ years)
- Central Finance (CFIN) project experience (mandatory/high priority)
- SAP modules:

1. FI/CO
2. MM
3. SD Integration

- Backend validation:

1. SQL validation
2. Data reconciliation

- SAP transaction knowledge:

1. SM37 (Batch Job Monitoring)

- Test Automation:

1. Tricentis Tosca
2. Other SAP Test Automation frameworks

- Test Management tools/platforms
- Solid stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration

Ideal Candidate Profile
- Worked on SAP S/4HANA Central Finance implementations/support projects.
- Experienced in end-to-end test planning, execution, defect tracking, and reconciliation of financial data.
- Able to validate SAP backend data using SQL and troubleshoot interface/batch job issues.
- Exposure to integrated business processes spanning Finance, Procurement, and Order-to-Cash.
