As a SAP - Syniti - Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for data and analytics solutions using SAP technologies. You will analyze client requirements, design and implement data management and analytics solutions, and provide training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools.

Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will work closely with clients to understand their data needs, develop data models, perform data analysis, and create visualizations and reports to support data-driven decision-making, helping them optimize their data management processes, enhance data quality, and derive valuable insights from their data to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills.

Responsibilities Analyzing client requirements to design and implement SAP data management and analytics solutions

Developing data models and performing complex data analysis to support data-driven decision-making

Creating visualizations and reports using SAP Analytics Cloud and SAP BusinessObjects BI

Collaborating with clients to understand their data needs and optimize data management processes

Providing training and support for effective utilization of SAP data and analytics tools

Implementing data integration and migration strategies to enhance data quality and security

Utilizing SAP BW/4HANA and SAP Data Intelligence Cloud for advanced data modeling and development

Supporting the development of data quality improvement plans to derive valuable insights

Engaging in data-driven consulting to help clients achieve their strategic objectives

Navigating complex situations to build meaningful client connections and inspire team members What You Must Have At least a Bachelor's degree

At least 2 years of experience

Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart At least one of the following: One or more SAP certifications in SAP Data and Analytics solutions, including SAP Analytics Cloud, SAP Datasphere, SAP Business Warehouse (BW/4HANA), SAP Data Intelligence, or related data platform credentials

Demonstrating proficiency in SAP BW on HANA Data Modeling and Development

Utilizing SAP Data Intelligence Cloud for advanced data integration

Excelling in complex data analysis and data-driven consulting

Leveraging data visualization tools to enhance reporting and analytics

Developing data quality improvement plans (DQIP) for client projects
