: SAP SuccessFactors EC & Time management

Location : Pan India - Hybrid

Must have hands-on experience in SuccessFactors Employee Central with Time Management and should have completed a minimum of 2 end-to-end Employee Central implementations

Key Responsibilities :

Lead end to end implementations and AMS support for Employee Central and Time Management modules

Configure

Foundation MDF Objects

EC data structures Job Info Org Data etc

Time Management Work Schedules Time Types Time Accounts Time Off Holiday Calendars

Implement Employee Time Sheet ETS Time Tracking solutions

Design and manage Role Based Permissions RBP including roles permission groups and data access controls

Support authentication mechanisms SSO IASIPS Identity provisioning secure access setup

Conduct workshops requirement analysis and solution design aligned to best practices

Drive SITUAT defect resolution and golive activities

Ensure compliance with global HR policies and local statutory requirements

Manage integrations with SAP S4HANAECC and thirdparty systems CPIIntegration CenterAPIs





Maintain documentation and support quarterly releases

Time Management Time Off Time Tracking

Proven experience in

RBP configuration and governance

Authentication Security SSO IASIPS user provisioning

Knowledge of

Time Valuation Absence Management Workforce structures

Integration CPI OData APIs Integration Center

Payroll integration exposure ECP3rd party preferred

Experience :

810 years total SAP experience

Minimum 23 EC implementations with strong exposure to Time ManagementTracking

Experience in global rollout and AMS environments

Certifications Preferred

SAP Certified SuccessFactors Employee Central

Certification in Time Management Time Tracking good to have

Soft Skills

Solid stakeholder management and communication

Clientfacing experience in global delivery models
