Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Talent Suite Consultant with strong expertise in Compensation & Variable Pay and mandatory experience in the Learning (LMS) module. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in implementing, configuring, and supporting SAP SuccessFactors Talent Management solutions while possessing working knowledge of other Talent Suite modules.

Key Responsibilities

● Implement, configure, and support SAP SuccessFactors Talent Suite modules.

● Gather business requirements and conduct fit-gap analysis.

● Configure Compensation & Variable Pay solutions based on business requirements.

● Support Learning (LMS) implementation, configuration, and enhancements.

● Participate in solution design, system configuration, testing (Unit, SIT, UAT), and production deployment. ● Handle incidents, service requests, and enhancement activities.

● Prepare functional specifications, configuration documents,



and testing artifacts.

● Work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions.

● Ensure adherence to SAP best practices and project standards. Mandatory Skills

● Good knowledge of Compensation & Variable Pay.

● Hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Learning (LMS) – Mandatory.

● Manageable knowledge of:

○ Performance & Goal Management (PMGM)

○ Calibration

○ Succession

○ Career Development

● Experience in SAP SuccessFactors configuration, testing, and production support.

● Strong understanding of Talent Management business processes.

Preferred Skills

● Basic knowledge of SAP HCM (PA/OM) integration.

● Experience in end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.

● Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

● 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors consulting experience.

● Minimum 2 end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects.

● Experience in configuration, testing, deployment, and production support.

● Ability to work independently in a remote workplace and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
