Whitehall Resources are looking for an SAP SuccessFactors ESM Consultant. This will be fully remote working for an initial 3–6-month contract.
We are looking for a consultant with hands-on experience in Enterprise Service Management (ESM), particularly in environments where ESM integrates with SAP SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support the Enterprise Service Management (ESM) platform.
- Work on the integration between ESM and SAP SuccessFactors.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ESM workflows and integrations.
- Collaborate with HR and technical teams to ensure seamless service management processes.
- Support system enhancements, testing, and documentation.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Enterprise Service Management (ESM) tools.
- Knowledge of ESM integration with SAP SuccessFactors.
- Robust troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Experience in supporting HR service management processes is an added advantage.
