Summary
We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with strong expertise in Employee Central (EC) and SuccessFactors Integrations. The consultant will be responsible for implementing, configuring, supporting, and optimizing Employee Central solutions while designing and maintaining integrations between SuccessFactors and third-party systems such as SAP HCM, SAP S/4HANA, payroll, benefits, and external applications.
Required Skills
- At least 10+ years of SAP SuccessFactors experience.
- Strong hands-on experience with Employee Central (EC).
- Experience with Employee Central Payroll (ECP),Time Management,
Onboarding, Recruiting and Compensation
- Experience with SuccessFactors integrations using CPI/Integration Suite, Integration Center, OData APIs, and SFAPI.
- Knowledge of Employee Central data models, business rules, workflows, and role-based permissions.
- Experience with data migration and system testing.
- Robust analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication and client-facing experience.
- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central certification is preferred
- Experience working in financial services industries is preferred.
