Role Overview iamneo is looking for an experienced SAP SME Trainer to deliver functional and technical SAP training across enterprise learning programs. This role is suited for a trainer with hands-on SAP experience and the ability to build role-based, practical, and scalable SAP learning journeys.

Key Requirements

- 3+ years of experience in SAP implementation, support, or consulting
- 1+ year of experience in teaching, training, mentoring, or knowledge-sharing sessions
- Experience working on at least one end-to-end SAP project lifecycle
- Strong expertise in at least one SAP functional module such as FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM
- Understanding of cross-module integration concepts
- Exposure to S/4HANA concepts or projects is preferred
- Experience delivering training to business users or technical audiences

Required Technical Skills Core SAP Knowledge





- Solid expertise in at least one SAP functional module (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, or HCM)
- Working knowledge of S/4HANA processes and business workflows
- Understanding of integration across SAP modules

SAP Functional Areas (Any One or Two)

- FI/CO: GL, AR/AP, basic controlling
- MM: procurement, inventory
- SD: order-to-cash
- PP: production planning
- HCM: HR processes

Good to Have

- Basic understanding of SAP Basis or system administration
- Exposure to ABAP debugging or enhancements
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori or SAP BTP
- Exposure to SAP Integration or analytics tools

Training & Tools

- Experience creating training materials, process documentation, and assessments
- Familiarity with e-learning tools such as SAP Enable Now or similar platforms

Core Responsibilities

- Deliver SAP functional and technical training across assigned modules
- Create and maintain role-based training materials, quick reference guides, and learning content
- Conduct hands-on sessions and practical exercises for learners
- Support training delivery during implementation or transition phases
- Evaluate learner performance and provide feedback
- Keep training content updated with SAP releases and industry practices

Preferred Profile

- Comfortable teaching both business users and technical SAP audiences
- Strong communication and process explanation skills
- Able to convert implementation experience into structured learning programs
