Your Role

As a SAP SF PMGM Consultant, you will:

- Seeking a skilled and experienced SAP SF PMGM Consultant
- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Performance & Goals (PMGM) module.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Compensation, Recruiting).

Your Profile

- 3-5 years of experience in configuring and administering SuccessFactors Performance and Goal Management modules.
- SuccessFactors certification or SAP HCM certification.




- In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors PMGM features and functionalities.
- Strong understanding of performance management processes and best practices.
- Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and other SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Compensation, Recruiting).
