Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with 4 years of hands-on experience in application support and maintenance of SAP SuccessFactors. The ideal candidate should have strong functional knowledge of one or more SuccessFactors modules and experience in handling production support, incident management, service requests, troubleshooting, and system enhancements while ensuring adherence to SLAs.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP SuccessFactors modules.
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve incidents, defects, and service requests within defined SLAs.
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and implement preventive measures.
- Monitor system performance and ensure application stability and availability.




- Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules based on business requirements.
- Coordinate with business users to understand issues, provide resolutions, and offer functional guidance.
- Support quarterly SAP SuccessFactors releases by reviewing release notes, performing impact analysis, testing, and deploying changes.
- Execute system configuration, regression testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security using Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Support data uploads, data corrections, and mass updates using Import/Export tools.
- Coordinate with technical teams for integrations, interfaces, and enhancement requests.
- Prepare functional documentation, knowledge base articles, and support manuals.
- Participate in on-call support activities as required.
