We're hiring an experienced SAP Security & GRC Consultant to support SAP implementation, rollout, and transformation projects across global client landscapes. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals who want to build expertise in SAP Security, SAP GRC Access Control, SAP Fiori Security, and S/4HANA environments while working directly with business and technical stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Participate in end-to-end SAP Security & GRC implementation and rollout projects across SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA landscapes.

Drive SAP Security activities during global and regional rollout projects, including role design, build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

Collaborate with business process owners and functional consultants to gather security requirements and translate them into secure authorization solutions.

Design, build, and maintain SAP roles using PFCG (Single, Derived, Composite, and Business Roles) with proper organizational level structuring.

Configure and support SAP GRC Access Control modules including Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM), and Business Role Management (BRM).

Review, customize, and maintain GRC rulesets to support accurate risk analysis and compliance reporting.

Configure MSMP workflows and BRF+ rules to support automated access provisioning and approval processes.

Design and implement SAP Fiori Security including Catalogs, Business Catalogs, Business Groups, Spaces, Pages, Launchpad configuration, and OData service authorizations.

Manage Fiori role creation, tile assignments,



target mappings, and Fiori app authorization troubleshooting.

Required Technical

Skills

4+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Security and GRC Access Control.

Strong experience in SAP ECC and SAP S/4HANA Security implementation, rollout, and support projects.

Expertise in SAP Authorization Concepts including role design, authorization objects, organizational levels, and user administration.

Strong hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control 10.x / 12.x modules:

Access Risk Analysis (ARA), Access Request Management (ARM), Emergency Access Management (EAM), Business Role Management (BRM)

Experience in SAP Fiori Security configuration including:

Fiori Role Administration

Strong understanding of SoD risk management, access governance, and compliance requirements.

Experience in role redesign, role remediation, and authorization testing during rollout projects.

Solid troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.

Preferred

Qualifications

Experience in SAP S/4HANA and SAP Fiori Security implementations.

Knowledge of SAP BTP Security, IAS/IPS integration, and cloud-based SAP applications.

Exposure to SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, BW, SAC, CRM, or other SAP products.

Experience in audit support, compliance reporting, and access review processes.

SAP Security and/or SAP GRC Certification is an added advantage.

Experience working in global rollout and transformation projects.
