Requirements

- 7+ years of hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain implementation, application maintenance, or production support.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

- Experience working in global AMS/support environments with exposure to incident, problem, and change management processes.

- Provide functional support for SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain solutions in a post-go-live Application Management Services (AMS) environment.

- Support global template deployments and local SAP S/4HANA rollouts by collaborating with Business Process Owners, key users, and project teams.

- Handle incident management, service requests, defect resolution, root cause analysis, and system enhancements while meeting SLA commitments.

- Perform impact analysis, functional testing, and validation for system changes, enhancements, and defect fixes.

- Ensure stable day-to-day operations across procurement and supply chain processes by monitoring system performance and resolving production issues.

- Support business users through troubleshooting,



functional guidance, knowledge transfer, and documentation.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration across Finance, Manufacturing, Planning, Warehousing, and Reporting.

- Strong functional expertise in SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain processes, including: Material Master, Purchasing (Procure-to-Pay), Inventory Management, Invoice Verification, Source Determination, Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Vendor Management

- Experience supporting critical procurement, material planning, inventory reconciliation, and supply chain execution processes.

- Strong understanding of SAP integration with Finance (FI), Manufacturing (PP), Warehousing (WM/EWM), Planning, and Reporting.

- Hands-on experience with incident management, problem management, system enhancements, testing, and production support.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within global, cross-functional teams.

- SAP S/4HANA certification in MM, Procurement, or related Supply Chain modules.

- Experience with global SAP template deployments and rollout projects.

- Familiarity with ITIL-based support processes and continuous improvement initiatives.

- Experience resolving complex cross-functional SAP issues in highly integrated enterprise environments.
