We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Management Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and deploy user stories as per sprint plans

Provide L3 support and resolve production issues

Participate in Agile ceremonies including Daily Scrum meetings

Perform Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT activities

Defect analysis, bug fixing, and solution validation

Conduct Key User Training and knowledge transfer sessions

Prepare project documentation and status reports

Collaborate with business stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions

Required Skills & Experience

10+ years of SAP consulting experience

At least 1 end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementation experience

Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA architecture





Expertise in SAP Service Management (Customer Service / Field Service)

Hands-on experience with SAP Fiori and Analytics

Knowledge of integration technologies such as SAP CPI, PI/PO, API Management, and PROAXIA Connector

Exposure to SAP Cloud solutions including SAP BTP, C4C, and FSM

Experience in requirement gathering, solution design, and system configuration

Good understanding of SAP Activate Methodology and Agile delivery practices

Solid stakeholder management, communication, and client-facing skills

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities

SAP Certification in S/4HANA or related modules is preferred
