SAP S/4HANA PP/QM Consultant

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA PP/QM Consultant with strong expertise in Production Planning (PP) and Quality Management (QM). The candidate should possess hands-on experience in end-to-end S/4HANA implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support projects within manufacturing environments.

Experience in integrating PP/QM with MM, SD, EWM, CO, and MES systems is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities

Configure and support SAP S/4HANA PP and QM processes.

Gather business requirements and perform fit-gap analysis.

Configure master data including Material Master, BOM, Routing, Work Centers, Production Versions, and Inspection Plans.

Implement and support MRP, Production Orders, Shop Floor Control, Capacity Planning, and Quality Inspection processes.

Work on Quality Notifications, Inspection Lots, Results Recording, Usage Decision,



and Certificates of Analysis (COA).

Prepare functional specifications, coordinate WRICEF/RICEFW developments, and support testing activities.

Lead SIT, UAT, Cutover, Go-Live, Hypercare, and Production Support activities.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams for PP-QM integration with MM, SD, EWM, CO, and MES.
