Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Service Consultant to design, configure, implement, and support SAP S/4HANA Service solutions. The ideal candidate will possess strong functional expertise in service management processes, including solution quotations, service contracts, service orders, service transactions, pricing, billing, and financial integration. The consultant will work closely with business stakeholders to optimize end-to-end service operations and deliver scalable SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the design, configuration, testing, and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Service solutions.

Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and SAP best practices.

Configure and maintain

Design and configure service pricing, billing, and integration with SAP Financial Accounting (FI).

Configure and maintain service master data, including:

Service Products

Installed Base

Equipment

Functional Locations

Business Partners

Implement and support

Service Requests

Service Notifications

Service Confirmations

Manage end-to-end service execution from customer request through billing.

Integrate SAP S/4HANA Service with other SAP modules such as Sales, Finance (FI), Materials Management (MM), Plant Maintenance (PM/EAM), and Asset Management where applicable.

Support data migration,



system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and production deployment.

Prepare functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with technical teams.

Conduct workshops, user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

Provide production support, issue resolution, and continuous process improvements.
