SAP PP Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP (Production Planning) Consultant with 10+ years of experience in SAP PP implementations, rollouts, support, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should possess solid functional expertise in production planning processes and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Production Planning.

Configure and customize SAP PP solutions based on business requirements.

Participate in end-to-end implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and support engagements.

Manage production planning processes including Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Bills of Material (BOM), Routings, Work Centers, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with SAP MM, QM, SD, PM, and other related modules.

Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for custom developments.

Perform system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.

Conduct user training, prepare documentation, and provide post-go-live support.





Troubleshoot production issues and recommend process improvements.

Required Skills

Experience working on SAP S/4HANA projects.

Strong understanding of integration with SAP MM, QM, SD, PM, and other related modules.

Experience in implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote and collaborative environment.

Preferred Qualifications

SAP PP certification is an added advantage.

Experience working in manufacturing, automotive, or industrial domains is preferred.

Exposure to Agile project methodologies is a plus.

Must Have

10+ years of SAP PP experience.

Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.

Strong knowledge of MRP, BOM, Routings, Work Centers, Production Orders, and Capacity Planning.

Experience in end-to-end implementation and support projects.

Excellent client interaction and stakeholder management skills.
