Shift: Global business hours (US / UK / Africa) with rotational weekend support

Role Overview In this role, you will act as the key interface between Tata Chemicals and its global customers. You will manage the complete Order-to-Cash (O2C) process for both domestic and export portfolios while working closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance teams to ensure service excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the complete order lifecycle in SAP, from order entry to invoicing

Serve as the primary point of contact for domestic and export customers

Coordinate with Planning, Logistics, and Distribution teams to ensure on-time deliveries

Handle customer onboarding, pricing, contracts, and master data management





Manage export documentation and compliance requirements (for export roles)

Address customer queries, complaints, and escalations in a timely manner

Support Sales MIS reporting, Salesforce administration, and Finance month-end activities

Drive customer feedback initiatives and continuous service improvement

Experience & Qualifications Required Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience

4–7 years* of experience in Customer Service / Sales Operations

Specialist: 4–5 years

Senior Specialist: 6–7 years

Experience In B2B Manufacturing (Chemical Industry Preferred) Strong exposure to SAP Order Management and Billing

Knowledge of export documentation processes (for export portfolio roles)

Salesforce knowledge is an added advantage

Excellent communication skills in English

Willingness to work in global shifts and provide weekend support on rotation
