Job Title: SAP MM Delivery Lead / SAP MM Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP MM professional to lead strategic procurement transformation initiatives and manage end-to-end SAP Materials Management (MM) delivery across multiple accounts. The role requires ownership of SAP MM service delivery, client engagement, operational excellence, governance, and SAP S/4HANA readiness while driving continuous improvement and automation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Delivery & Account Leadership

- Oversee multi-account SAP MM engagements and drive procurement transformation programs.
- Define delivery strategies and ensure alignment with business and procurement objectives.
- Support business development and sales initiatives.
- Drive automation and continuous improvement opportunities.
- Manage executive and CXO-level stakeholder relationships.
- Lead SAP S/4HANA readiness and transformation initiatives.

Account & Portfolio Management
- Manage large SAP MM portfolios/accounts and ensure overall account health.
- Drive renewals, account expansion, and service growth opportunities.
- Lead transitions and manage strategic escalations.
- Coach managers and support organizational capability building.

SAP MM Service Delivery
- Own SAP MM delivery with operational and commercial accountability.
- Manage end-to-end SAP MM services while ensuring SLA adherence.
- Monitor margins, utilization, and delivery performance.
- Lead governance meetings and client service reviews.
- Sponsor process optimization initiatives.

Team Leadership & Governance
- Manage one or more SAP MM teams or service lines.
- Allocate resources and manage staffing utilization.




- Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Handle risks, issues, and escalations effectively.
- Manage release cycles and ensure delivery excellence.

Functional Leadership & Process Excellence
- Act as SAP MM Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Lead complex issue resolution and process stabilization initiatives.
- Support audits and ensure compliance standards.
- Identify automation and transformation opportunities.
- Own SAP MM configuration and testing activities.

Operations & Support Management
- Support end-to-end SAP MM operations and process execution.
- Resolve process and configuration issues with client interaction.
- Manage KPI reporting and period-end support activities.
- Handle L2/L3 tickets and support service improvements.
- Monitor ticket queues and ensure timely resolution.

Transaction & Support Operations
- Process SAP MM support activities under established SOPs.
- Resolve routine and moderately complex MM tickets.
- Validate transactions and maintain process documentation.
- Train junior analysts and support operational excellence.
- Respond to user queries and route exceptions appropriately.
