Key Responsibilities

1. S/4HANA Project Execution & Delivery

- Lead technical design, configuration, testing, cutover, and deployment for S/4HANA full lifecycle implementation and global rollout projects.
- Drive business blueprinting and solution architecture workshops for Procurement, Inventory Management, Physical Inventory, and Valuation.
- Manage localization and country-specific statutory requirements across rollout sites.

2. Import & Domestic Procurement Mastery

- Configure end-to-end Domestic Procurement processes (contracts, scheduling agreements, standard/subcontracting POs, evaluated receipt settlement).
- Design and execute complex Import Procurement workflows (Foreign Trade, Import Purchase Orders, Customs Duty calculation, Bill of Entry, Landed Cost Calculation, and freight clearing accounts).
- Manage import-related inventory tracking, Bonded/Unbonded warehouse movements, and duty drawbacks.

3. Statutory Compliance, GST & P2P Integration

- Architect and configure GST (Goods & Services Tax) integration within SAP S/4HANA MM, including HSN/SAC code mapping, Tax Code determination, and GST-compliant invoicing (E-Invoicing, E-Way Bill integration).
- Design and implement tailored Vendor Onboarding and Master Data Management workflows (Business Partner setup, supplier classification, GSTIN validation, vendor evaluation).
- Configure end-to-end Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycles aligned with financial controls and invoice verification (LIV).

4. Manufacturing & Quality Procurement





- Integrate MM seamlessly with PP (Production Planning) , QM (Quality Management) , PM (Plant Maintenance) , and FI/CO (Finance & Controlling) modules.

5. Customization & Innovation

- Author functional specifications for RICEFW items (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows) and collaborate closely with ABAP/Fiori developers.
- Champion the adoption of SAP Fiori Apps for procurement dashboards, approval workflows, and supplier management.

Qualifications & Skills

Required Experience:

- Total SAP MM Experience: 5+ years.
- S/4HANA Track Record: Hands-on implementation experience on S/4HANA (versions 1909 or later preferred) with at least 2 end-to-end implementations and 1 global rollout project .
- Domain & Tax Knowledge: Deep expertise in manufacturing processes , Import vs. Domestic procurement cycles, and Indian GST / international indirect tax structures.

Technical Competencies:

- Advanced configuration skills in SAP S/4HANA MM (Purchasing, Inventory Management, Tax Procedures, Logistics Invoice Verification).
- Hands-on knowledge of Business Partner (BP) concept and tax classification configuration in S/4HANA.
- Deep understanding of Import Pricing Procedures (Basic Custom Duty, IGST, Social Welfare Surcharge, Cleared vs. Uncleared duties).
- Hands-on experience with GST compliance tools (E-Way bill generation, E-Invoicing, GSTR 2B reconciliation setups in SAP).
- Familiarity with SAP interface technologies (IDOCs, OData APIs, RFCs) connecting to third-party tax portals or EDI systems.

- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional leadership capabilities.
