Role Summary ARA's Client is seeking an experienced SAP MDG Manager who will design and implement solutions to meet business needs. The ideal candidate will lead teams, mentor junior professionals, and ensure the successful governance of master data.

Key Responsibilities - Design and configure SAP MDG solutions to meet business requirements.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions.
- Lead and mentor junior team members in best practices.
- Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions.
- Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.




- Manage team decisions and drive project execution.
- Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP MDG.
- Ensure adherence to data governance principles. Must-Have Qualifications - Minimum 12 years of total experience
- Strong experience in SAP Master Data Governance MDG Tool.
- Strong understanding of data governance principles.
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing SAP MDG Tool.
- Experience in data modeling and management. Nice to Have - Knowledge of ABAP (FPM, Odata).
- Experience with SAP ERP systems.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies.
