Experience: 4 to 7 Years

Location: Pune, India

Mode of Work: Hybrid (Onsite 3 days per week, Remote 25%)

Responsibilities

- Design and deliver SAP MDG solutions focused on Material Master Data (MDG-M) and Business Partner (MDG-BP).
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, SMEs, architects, and project teams to gather requirements and define solution designs.
- Lead gap analysis, solution design, and continuous improvement initiatives within SAP MDG landscapes.
- Prepare detailed functional specifications and define testing scenarios for project deliverables.
- Support incident management, service requests, troubleshooting, and enhancement activities.
- Participate in full project lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
- Drive master data governance best practices across Material and Business Partner domains.
- Analyze production issues and coordinate service restoration activities while ensuring timely resolution.
- Monitor assigned incidents and tasks, communicate progress,



and maintain stakeholder engagement.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and high-quality SAP solutions.
- Contribute to ongoing system enhancements, process improvements, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.

Qualification :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience working with SAP MDG solutions.
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC/S/4HANA Material Master, Customer, Vendor, and Business Partner master data.
- Proven experience in SAP MDG Material (MDG-M) and SAP MDG Business Partner (MDG-BP).
- Experience working on end-to-end SAP implementation projects with full lifecycle involvement.
- Hands-on experience with MDG Data Import Framework.
- Good understanding of MDG Data Model Extensions and governance processes.
- Knowledge of BRF+ for business rule configuration within SAP MDG.
- Working knowledge of ABAP and debugging in SAP MDG environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both project and support environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with additional SAP MDG domains such as Finance (MDG-F) and Equipment Management (MDG-EAM).
- Familiarity with Asset Information Workbench (AIW).
- Exposure to global SAP support and governance environments.
- Solid communication and collaboration skills in multicultural teams.
