Role Overview The role focuses on designing, configuring, and supporting SAP Lease Accounting using RE-FX with robust hands-on expertise in the RASE lease accounting module. You will implement and optimize lease-in and lease-out accounting processes, including master data, conditions, posting schemas, and integrations with SAP FICO and Asset Accounting. The consultant will work directly with business stakeholders in a client-facing capacity to gather requirements, run workshops, and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities also include testing, cutover, production support, and documentation, with added value if you bring oil & gas domain experience and multiple SAP implementation cycles.

Required Qualifications

- Hands-on experience with SAP Lease Accounting RASE module
- Strong knowledge of SAP RE-FX (Real Estate Management)
- Configuration expertise for lease accounting processes
- Practical knowledge of lease-in and lease-out accounting
- Ability to integrate RE-FX with SAP FICO and Asset Accounting (FI-AA)




- Strong client-facing communication and stakeholder management skills

Responsibilities

- Lead configuration and implementation of SAP Lease Accounting (RE-FX/RASE) for lease-in and lease-out scenarios
- Define and maintain RE-FX master data (business entities, rental objects), contract types, conditions, and posting schemas
- Set up account determination and integration touchpoints with SAP FICO and Asset Accounting (FI-AA)
- Conduct requirements workshops, create functional specs/config docs, and collaborate with technical teams
- Execute and support testing (SIT/UAT), data validation, cutover, and go-live activities
- Provide hypercare and ongoing production support, including troubleshooting posting or integration issues
- Collaborate with business SMEs; apply industry context (oil & gas) when relevant
- Contribute to project planning and deliverables across multiple implementation phases
