SAP LE Business Analyst (6–10 Years Experience)

Key Responsibilities

- SAP LE Functional Expertise

Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP LE modules including: Shipping: Delivery processing, shipment creation, route determination, and freight cost management.

Warehouse Management (WM): Inventory control, putaway, picking, transfer orders, and bin management.

Transportation: Planning, execution, and freight settlement.

- Interface & Integration Management

Design and manage interfaces between SAP and external systems (e.g., 3PLs, carriers, WMS, TMS). Collaborate with middleware teams (e.g., PI/PO, CPI) to ensure robust and secure data exchange.

Troubleshoot and resolve interface-related issues and ensure data consistency.

- Business Process Analysis

Analyze current logistics processes and identify improvement opportunities. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP solutions.




- Project Execution

Lead or support SAP LE-related projects including rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, EWM, FI) for integrated solutions.
- Testing & Documentation

Prepare test scenarios, conduct unit and integration testing, and support UAT. Document configurations, process flows, and training materials.
- Stakeholder Engagement

Work closely with business users, IT teams, and external partners to ensure solution alignment. Provide training and post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Experience 6–10 years of experience in SAP LE (Shipping, WM, Transportation).

Solid understanding of logistics and supply chain processes.

Experience with SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.

Hands-on experience with IDocs, BAPIs, and middleware tools (PI/PO, CPI).

Knowledge of integration with MM, SD, and EWM modules.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills.
