SAP GTS Consultant

We are looking for an experienced SAP GTS (Global Trade Services) Consultant with 8+ years of experience in SAP implementation, support, and enhancement projects. The ideal candidate should possess solid expertise in SAP GTS and global trade compliance processes, with the ability to design, configure, and support end-to-end trade management solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Global Trade Services processes.

Configure and support SAP GTS solutions based on business needs.

Conduct fit-gap analysis and provide best-practice recommendations.

Participate in implementation, rollout, migration, and support projects.

Configure compliance management, customs management, and risk management processes.

Prepare functional specifications, test scripts, and process documentation.

Support SIT, UAT, go-live, and post-production activities.

Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and cross-functional stakeholders.





Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues within agreed timelines.

Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with global trade regulations.

Required Skills

8+ years of experience in SAP GTS with strong functional expertise.

Hands-on experience in:

Compliance Management

Sanctioned Party List (SPL) Screening

Embargo Checks

Export Control

Customs Management

Risk Management

Preference Processing

Trade Preference Management

Intrastat/Extrastat Reporting

Strong understanding of global trade and customs regulations.

Experience integrating SAP GTS with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.

Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, testing, and production support.

Hands-on experience in implementation, rollout, and support projects.

Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
