SAP HCM Functional Consultant

SAP Organizational Management, Personnel Administration, Time Management, Payroll (UK), ESS/MSS, Fiori, Integration

Full Implementation, Rollout and Support Experience

Must-Have

- Must have experience in end-to-end support and enhancement of SAP HR solutions across implementation projects and post go live operations
- At least 5+ years of working experience (Support and implementation) in SAP HCM Module
- Experience on Organizational Management, Personnel Management, Time Management, ESS/MSS, Payroll (UK) and Integration/ Interfaces
- SAP functional experience specializing in design and configuration of SAP HR modules
- SAP configurations, writing detail specifications for development of custom programs in line with business and statutory needs
- Support system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT)
- Assist with data migration, cutover planning, and go live activities
- Deliver post go live hypercare support
- Knowledge in debugging and understanding ABAP code to identify bugs
- Provide functional support for SAP HR related incidents and service requests
- Analyse and resolve production issues within agreed SLA
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend permanent fixes
- Manage change requests and minor enhancements
- Coordinate with technical teams, SAP BASIS / AUTH/ Integration team, and third party vendors
- Ensure system stability, data integrity, and performance
- Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance
- Assist with year-end activities, payroll runs,



and audits
- Positive communicator with ability to work directly with key IT teams including Environment managers, project teams, users etc
- Positive can-do attitude with the ability to take ownership and resolve issues on their own accord
- Quality delivery, Continuous Improvement and industry recognized best practices

Good-to-Have

- Lead multiple sized projects as team member or lead to implement new functionalities and improve existing functionalities including articulating, analyzing requirements and translating them into effective solutions
- Assists clients in the selection, implementation, and support of HR modules of SAP.
- Knowledge of Success factor
- Knowledge of Functional and legal requirement of UK, France, Poland and Iberia

Special working conditions (travel, on call etc):

Need to provide on-call support or extended support as and when required by the customer

Establish and maintain excellent relationships with customer stakeholders.

With Line Manager / Senior Stakeholders

Regular contact with Line Manager / Senior Stakeholders to update and appraise critical business issues and data points

With Onshore Teams

Regular contact required with On-shore team as and when required to be in sync with them on current issues and decisions, seeking support for issues that affect the success of the contracts on-going deliverables

With Peers

Develop positive relationships with other business partners, both internal and external, ensuring best practice advice is shared and maximum efficiency achieved
